Each Title has JOBS you must do.Each Job has 3 LEVELS (3 STARS) you must MASTER
As you complete all JOBS in level 1 you master the level and receive TITLE
Master Level 2 you become SKILLED in your title (Skilled Hitman)
Master Level 3 you become MASTER in your title (Master Hitman)
Some Jobs contain LOOT BAGS. Mouse over the bag to see what loot it MAY provide

UNLOCKING LEVELS
As you exceed in LEVELS you open new TITLES you can earn:
Street Thug, Associate, Soldier, Enforcer, Hitman,
Capo, Consigliere, Underboss, and Boss
You gain the title mastering first level of Jobs
Become SKILLED mastering 2nd level
MASTER when you have mastered all three
IE: HITMAN, SKILLED HITMAN and MASTER HITMAN
